Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using Zizzeg OS, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service for lawful business purposes.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, authorized workspace access, and all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Business records and connected-channel data remain associated with the workspace that supplied them. You must have authority to add that data and connect each external account.

3. Trial, subscription, and Zia usage

The standard offer is a 14-day trial with 300 Zia operations and no payment card required. The paid plan is USD 24 per month and includes 3,000 Zia operations per subscription period. Current product and checkout pages control if a promotional offer differs.

A Zia operation is consumed only according to the usage rules shown in the product. Unused operations do not carry over unless the product expressly says otherwise.

4. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Subscription checkout, payment, tax, invoices, and renewal are handled through our payment provider. A paid subscription renews for the displayed billing period until canceled.

You may cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid period. Mandatory cancellation, refund, and withdrawal rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Your content and connected services

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Zizzeg OS the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display it to provide the requested service.

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, payment, and other integrations are also governed by the relevant provider terms. You may connect only accounts you are authorized to manage.

6. Zia and automated actions

Zia can prepare drafts, summaries, analyses, quotations, invoices, tasks, and suggested actions. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed when it could affect a customer, payment, stock, tax, legal obligation, or business decision.

External-impact actions are subject to the confirmation and permission controls provided in the product. You remain responsible for approving content, prices, recipients, and business records before use.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited communications.
• Do not access another workspace without authorization, defeat security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the service excessively, or interfere with its operation.
• Comply with messaging consent, privacy, consumer, advertising, tax, and record-keeping rules that apply to your business.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Zizzeg OS available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. External providers, networks, maintenance, and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability.

We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that reduce paid functionality.

9. Business, tax, and legal responsibility

Zizzeg OS is a business productivity service and does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. A quotation or invoice produced in the service may not replace an official fiscal document required in your country. You are responsible for verifying records and meeting applicable obligations.

10. Intellectual property

Zizzeg OS, its software, branding, interface, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is authorized.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that AI output, external integrations, or business results will always be accurate or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not include indirect or consequential business losses.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required. Questions can be sent to hello@zizzeg.com.
