Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

• Account and business profile information, such as your name, email address, business name, locale, currency, and time zone.
• Business records you choose to add, including customers, products, services, quotations, invoices, payments, appointments, tasks, files, campaigns, and notes.
• Connected-channel information from services such as Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp, including account identifiers, conversations, messages, and delivery status when you authorize a connection.
• Subscription, checkout, and billing status supplied by our payment provider. Zizzeg OS does not store complete payment-card details.
• Technical and security information needed to operate and protect the service, such as timestamps, error logs, device/browser details, and authentication events.

2. How we use information

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Zizzeg OS.
• Display your workspace data and perform actions you request, such as preparing quotations, invoices, reminders, appointments, reports, and message drafts.
• Connect authorized social channels, synchronize messages, and send replies only when initiated or approved by an authorized user.
• Generate AI-assisted drafts, summaries, analyses, and recommendations using only the context needed for the requested feature.
• Process subscriptions, send service communications, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI features

Zia uses selected workspace data to answer a request or prepare an action. We limit the context sent to an AI provider to what is reasonably necessary for that request. Zia does not receive unrestricted database access and cannot send messages or complete other external-impact actions without the confirmation flow provided in the product.

4. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as necessary with infrastructure and service providers that help operate Zizzeg OS, including Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Google, Lemon Squeezy, and Meta platforms, or when required by law. Each provider processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

5. Social-media integrations

A social connection is created only after you authorize it. Access credentials are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect a channel from Zizzeg OS and can also revoke access from the connected platform. Meta products remain subject to Meta and Instagram policies.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain workspace information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain limited security backups. Connected-channel credentials are retained until the channel is disconnected or authorization expires.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, disconnect the relevant integration where available and email hello@zizzeg.com. We may need to verify that the requester owns or administers the relevant account. We will process valid requests within the period required by applicable law.

7. Security and international processing

We use access controls, workspace isolation, encrypted transport, row-level database policies, and encrypted integration credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to applicable safeguards.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also withdraw an authorization by disconnecting a social account. These choices may limit features that depend on that connection.

9. Children

Zizzeg OS is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
